The Weldmart Electronic Idler Upgrade System for Lincoln & Miller Welders with the Continental F-series Engines

The Weldmart electronic idler upgrade system is unique in the welding industry. 1. The Weldmart Continental Idle Board is designed to be simple, easy to understand, and easy to test on the machine! Imagine this situation: you're on a welding job 25 miles from Pavement Narrows, North Dakota, in the middle of nowhere. All of a sudden, your idle system dies; you do?

2. With no tools, you can quickly and easily troubleshoot the system. Is it the idler system, or is it something else?

3. The Weldmart system does not use a conventional "reed switch sensing circuit". One less external part to fail.

Note: all stainless steel mounting hardware, laser-cut, and pivot points use stainless steel shoulder bolts. Hardware is guaranteed for the life of the original owner.	This is the basic layout of the credit circuit board and how it initiates the solenoid? It can be used with the original Lincoln-style reed switch if necessary.

How do the LEDs make you self-sufficient?

LED # 2 is GREEN. As long as it is lighted, the PC board has a 12-volt DC supply and a good ground. IT should never go out as long as the machine is running.b)

LED #1 is ORANGE. As long as it is lighted, the machine is in “Idle-Down” mode; the solenoid is pulled in, and the machine should be at idle speed.c)

LED # 3 is RED 

As long as it is lit, the solenoid is released, and the machine speed is now controlled by the mechanical governor.

When LEDs #1 and #3 turn off, the idle board has sensed a weld demand; the solenoid has released, and the machine should be running at weld speed.

When welding or auxiliary power is no longer required, a fifteen-second delay occurs. The board switches from high speed to idle speed,
