Lincoln Electric has obsoleted p/n FJW5-AG shunt coils . Classic 1 and the orginal Pipeliner 200D Original Lincoln coils were very cheaply made, with aluminum wire painted to look like copper, wound on a sheet-metal bracket, and covered with paper insulation.
Weldmart's version of these coils is wound on a rigid, industrial plastic one-piece "bobbin"; the mold to make this bobbin cost $30,000, 30 years ago. It will not absorb moisture.
These coils are sold with an "across the counter" warranty for 10 years. When we install them in our shop, we extend that warranty to "lifetime for the original purchaser".
Normal ground freight paid by Weldmart.

Weldmart "Ezzee Idler Upgrade" System

The Weldmart Centurion PC board is the most advanced and easiest board to troubleshoot. Three different colored LED indicate status of the board.
The board can be used with a Reed Switch or with the "Hall-Effect Sensor" mounted in the right had corner of the board a simple wire takes the place of the reed switch.
With power to the board, you test the board by passing a small magnet over the Hall Effect Sensor, if the board is good, it will switch from low idle to high welding speed. No meters, no test lights, no guessing!
To check your idler solenoid, with power on, remove the wire on terminal 4 adn touch it to on if the mounting bolts. You get a small spark and hear the solenoid "pull-in".
