The Weldmart (Profax) spool gun is a direct connect gun for Miller CP power supplies with the standard 14 pin connector. The basic spool gun design has been on the market for over sixty-five five years. It will push wire for 0.025 the 1/16 wire adn any alloy you can get on a standard 4" spool, no proprietary wire spools nobody stocks. Standard straight and 45' barrels are avaiable. We can provide special order barrels. You tells us what you need-your the customer!

Weldmart "Ezzee Idler Upgrade" System

The Weldmart Centurion PC board is the most advanced and easiest board to troubleshoot. Three different colored LED indicate status of the board.

The board can be used with a Reed Switch or with the "Hall-Effect Sensor" mounted in the right had corner of the board a simple wire takes the place of the reed switch.

With power to the board, you test the board by passing a small magnet over the Hall Effect Sensor, if the board is good, it will switch from low idle to high welding speed. No meters, no test lights, no guessing!

To check your idler solenoid, with power on, remove the wire on terminal 4 adn touch it to on if the mounting bolts. You get a small spark and hear the solenoid "pull-in".
