Profax AEC-200 upgrade spool gun, with 50' leads. Direct connection (no adapters needed) to replace the original Linde/ L-Tec/ Esab obsoleted ST-23A spool gun. Whatever power supply, welding machine, or adapter box you had your ST-23A attached to, this gun will work.

Spool gun is rated at 250 amps in argon 60% DC. Uses standard 4" wire spools. Will feed wire 0.025" through 1/16". With standard nozzle. For higher heat, larger diameter wire we offer heavy-duty straight, 45' bent, and a flexiable 12" barrel.

Normal UPS ground, in the lower 48 states, paid if ordered on the website.

Weldmart "Ezzee Idler Upgrade" System

The Weldmart Centurion PC board is the most advanced and easiest board to troubleshoot. Three different colored LED indicate status of the board.

The board can be used with a Reed Switch or with the "Hall-Effect Sensor" mounted in the right had corner of the board a simple wire takes the place of the reed switch.

With power to the board, you test the board by passing a small magnet over the Hall Effect Sensor, if the board is good, it will switch from low idle to high welding speed. No meters, no test lights, no guessing!

To check your idler solenoid, with power on, remove the wire on terminal 4 adn touch it to on if the mounting bolts. You get a small spark and hear the solenoid "pull-in".
