Weldmart now offers refurbished "hex-barrel"
stator housing. We take existing stator housing, evaluate the series and
interpoles, and replace them if necessary. The units have defective coils
removed, the housing baked for an extended period to remove any lingering
moisture. New Weldmart main
shunt coils
are installed, The unit is dipped in
a propriety epoxy insulation
(our cost is $350.00 a gallon!) The Lincoln SA series welders arc characteristics are
dependent on the status of the stator housing, age, and deterioration of the
original Lincoln paper insulation will affect "how the welder welds". This
item is not available from Lincoln electric. Weldmart stocks these items "on
the shelf". Core charges apply. The customer is responsible for all freight
charges for the rebuilt stator housing and return of customer's rebuildable
core.
