The Long John spool gun was designed to weld in tight spots; it is ideal for the sign fabrication industry. The  9 & 5/8" inch extended barrel makes the Long John Spool Gun ideal for channel letters and other hard to reach places. The barrel is made of brass; it can be easily bent, with a tube bender, if a custom angle is needed. Additional barrels are less that $50.00! The empty spool gun weights just;  2.4 pounds. Use if for making your channel letters, with the standard mig gun fabricate steel. With self-shielded wire you can weld steel with NO SHIELDING GAS! The unit will run of the auxiliary of your "SkyHook" welder or a Five KW power plant! The ultimate machine for the sign fabrication industry!
