The Weldmart idler board is a direct replacement for the Miller Electric part numbers; 049404, 049443, and 071609 series idler boards utilized on Miller welding machines. 

Our board idle control has many  improvements over Miller OEM and aftermarket boards. These include:

We vastly reduced the number of electronic components!  While Miller Electric changed the old style of their to boards that double-sided difficult making them very difficult to repair!   What this means is you get an inexpensive board that is easily installed, easily repairable and highly reliable.
