.Lincoln Electric has obsoleted the "R-57" & "bellows" vacuum automatic idle systems, on the SA-200 "Pipeliner" gasoline welders! It is our understanding that the idler replacement parts are no longer available and that Lincoln offers no retrofit for the older machines. If you have either Lincoln vacuum idler pictured on this page, please understand that Lincoln Electric has obsoleted these systems, they do not have them and they will never be available from Lincoln Electric again!
We are please to offer the "Reliable Easy Idle" electronic idler up grade for all Lincoln SA-200 engine drive welders with F-162 & F-163 Continental engines. This idler will retrofit all welders with the Continental F-162/163 engines, including the Miller Big 40 G, Trailblazer 44G, AO Smith 300, Linde 300, and the Chemtron 300 NT.
This is an UPGRADE not just a replacement.

b) Auxiliary Power Auto Idle; will "sense" idle demand with 1/2 mile of Extension Cord (Good Extension Cord!)
The "Reliable Easy Idle" is designed to be installed by the owner with simple hand tools. It senses with a "Hall Effect Sensor" welding or auxiliary power needs. All sensing is done external of the welding generator.
This cannot damage the internal winding of the welder!
