MILLER® POWER SUPPLY POWER DIODES      

Miller Electric® power supplies, use the following three individual power diodes.

A) Both Diodes are 150 amp rating/300 Volts and have a 3/8" stud. New mounting hardware is included.

B) Both Diodes are 150 amp rating/300 Volts and have a 1/2" stud. New mounting hardware is included.

Miller P/N: 037994 (Reverse Polarity)

C) Both Diodes are 275 amp rating/300 Volts and have a 3/4" stud. New mounting hardware is included.

D) Integrated bridge Rectifier (Cube, Full Wave bridge Rectifier) Rated at 50 amps 800 PIV

E) Silicone Bridge Rectifiers Power Paks

These rectifier power paks are an assembly of four smaller silicone diodes that are paralleled to increase total current ratings. The diodes are embedded in an aluminum plate to assure electrical and thermal conductivity. Air flow is channeled over and through the assembly to assure thermal stability. This is a very compact assembly that makes it an ideal unit to retrofit older machines and as a replacement for selenium rectifiers.
