THE MBC R2 "Thru-Hole" 200 POUND POSITIONER

Finally a table top welding positioner that every welding shop can afford!

Specifications:

1.Capacity: 100 lbs. balanced load in the horizontal position, 200 lbs., balanced load in the vertical position.

2.Thirteen inch (13")  diameter slotted table 5/16" thick, ground flat, with a two inch (2") thought the table hole. This allows parts with diameters 2" and less to be located closer to the table. This eliminates the need for tall fixturing and ensures more precise welds.

3.Table tilt: 10' forward, 90' backwards infinitely variable via hand crank with lock down bolt.

4. Input power 120 volts AC.

5. Electronic motor control with permanent magnet motor. High frequency filtered and fused.

6. Speed Ranges: Must be specified when ordering: a) 0-4.5 RPM, b) 0-9 RPM, & c) 1-18 RPM

7. Unit comes with On-Off foot switch, weighs 56 lbs., and can be shipped UPS!

8. Optional variable speed foot control and gas purge available.
