HYPERTHERM® PAC-140® PLASMA CUTTING TORCH

The PAC-120® plasma torch is Hypertherm compact, low cost "gas cooled", 40 amp plasma torch. Hypertherm says that this torch will cut 3/8"; severs 1/2". You will find this torch on the Max 40®, & HT-40®. 

NOTE: If you have an original Hypertherm PAC-140 hand torch head, (P/N: 020122) you will note that item "13", the "torch insulator" on your original Hypertherm  IS NOT REPLACEABLE! It is only a matter of time until this insulator is damaged by "high frequency" degeneration or damage from the torch being dropped. If you go back to Hypertherm, you pay for a whole new torch head! With our version of the PAC-140, the damaged insulator screws off and a new one screws in it's place. Our torch head uses all Hypertherm parts listed on this page.

NOTE: If you have an original Hypertherm PAC-140 hand torch head, (P/N: 020122) you will note that item "9" is different from the Hypertherm handle. We offer this ergonomically designed handle as a replacement for the old style "tube". This handle must be used with our torch head P/N: 020112-1, but it comes with a new trigger switch assembly and sells for less than $30.00! Our torch head uses all Hypertherm parts listed on this page.
