FAIRBANKS MORSE® MAGNETO PARTS PAGE
The Lincoln "Pipeliner" Model SA-200 P/N:K6090 used the four cylinder Continental F-162 and F-163 engine. The most popular magneto found on these welders is the Fairbanks Morse Model FMXA4B-16A magneto. The advantages is that the engine does need an electrical system for reliable ignition and the machine can be "hand started". The disadvantage is the high maintenance costs and availability of repair parts. If you have a Continental F-163, you can easily upgrade this engine with our electronic ignition kit.
